GFWC LUTZ-LAND O’LAKES WOMAN’S CLUB ESO READING SORORITY BOOK CLUB REVIEWS
GFWC LUTZ-LAND O’LAKES WOMAN’S CLUB members of its ESO reading Sorority and Book Club met after each chose a book, to re-read and discuss, most of which have been in publication for many decades, however have now found that many such book(s) have been banned from school and library book shelves. The club members, many of whom are retired teachers, then participated in a very lively discussion on why these books, many of which are classics, are now being banned and whether they should be.
The Woman’s Club has long supported education, local schools and libraries.
