Elaine Pittman – Club Volunteer of the Year
We are so excited to announce that Elaine Pittman has been chosen as our Club Volunteer of the Year!
She will be presented as our District 8 Candidate at the Arts and Crafts Competition meeting on February 21. That is not to diminish the efforts of our other two nominees, Cheryl Benton and Allie Peterman. These ladies are a true asset to our Club and we are very proud of them both.
Elaine, as you all know is our plant lady, not only does she bring us plants to buy from her, but she takes in ill plants as well. Because of her plants, we have given $1,000 every year, for the last three years to Christian Social Services, and that’s just a small part of Elaine’s effort to our community.
