The Tampa Chapter DAR had the privilege to recognize a deserving member of our community, Beth Nevel, with the DAR Distinguished Citizen Medal. This medal recognizes worthy citizens for extraordinary service in the defense, promotion, and/or preservation of our American heritage or freedom.
Darlene Chloe introduced the recipient of the DAR Distinguished Citizen Medal, Beth Nevel, and presented her Bio and qualifications for the medal. Regent Sarah Hughes presented the medal and certificate to Beth.
Beth Nevel is an active member with GFWC Lutz-Land O’ Lakes, Woman’s Club, the Hillsborough Fire and Rescue Museum and the Old Lutz School.
