GFWC LUTZ-LAND O’LAKES WOMAN’S CLUB is pleased to announce the recipients of its Class of 2017 Scholarship Awards. Woman’s Club President Karin D’Amico presented 2 Lutz Volunteer Fire Dept. Memorial Endowment Scholarships for $5,000 each to Lutz residents Meaghan Slater (FSU) and Bailey Draper* (Pasco-Hern CC) (not pictured). Six additional club scholarships of $2200 each were awarded to Jessica Berringer (USF), Colton Heath (UF), Casey Broker* (FSC), Lila Baker* (UF), Evan Cane (USF) and Analise Morrow* (FSU). The Woman’s Club 2017 Scholarships totaled $23,200.00 and the recipients selected were graduates of Steinbrenner, Sunlake and Land O’Lakes High Schools, all within our communities. The Woman’s Club prides itself on its longstanding commitment and support to the community and to education.
