President Karin presented scholarship awards to 3 Steinbrenner seniors of this year’s total of 8 recipients. Our club is proud to have awarded a total of $20,000 for our 2018 grants. The young ladies are: (l-r) Erin O’Shea, Devyn Espy and Caitlin O’Shea. Erin & Caitlin (identical twins) will share one of the Lutz Fire Dept. scholarships of $5,000 and Devyn (granddaughter of our own Pat Wagner) received $2,000 of the Club scholarship grants. The other 5 recipients from Sunlake & Land O’Lakes H.S. and Hillsborough CC will be presented at their schools’ award ceremonies later in May.
