There are booths showcasing paintings, photography, jewelry, wood carving, ceramics/pottery, stained glass, quilts and of course, great food. This is a juried art show with several categories of art forms and substantial cash prizes are awarded by the Woman’s Club.
The food offerings are always a big attraction at this festival and will include the Woman’s Club booth with breakfast items, hot dogs and their famous peach cobbler. At least 10 food booths will feature delicious BBQ, Cuban food, sausages, funnel cakes and much more. The Woman’s Club generously provides free vendor space to more than 20 area non-profit charitable organizations for their fundraising purposes.
Mark your calendars for great Fall and Christmas shopping in this enjoyable and festive atmosphere. Bring the kids along and have a delightful weekend locally while supporting the Woman’s Club. These hard-working “green shirt” ladies have been serving our community for over 50 years and the proceeds of this event will insure that they can continue their good work and provide support to so many of our local organizations. Their motto is “Serve Today For a Better Tomorrow”.
